You are looking into the two car garage with all the wood in it for the fence and the deck. It is all finished, by the builder, and the gas forced air heater and the hot water heater are in the back left up on a shelf so it isn't doesn't interfere with the floor space.
Big and roomy laundry room with one shelf. There is a phone hookup in this room that the builder put in by accident. It opens from the garage to the main hallway into the house and has one shelf for laundry stuff. It is plenty wide for any machines as we have x-large ones and still have room to put a cart inbetween.
Spare bedroom with the back wall facing the garage. It is a very big room with one window and a nice size closet. We are using this room for a spare room and a office with both our computers in it. The door that you can just see on the right is the laundry room door.
Another picture of the spare room/computer room with the door and the large closet. The door that you see out the room door is the bathroom door and the through the crack between the doors you can see the living room
This is the view outside the spare room into the back yard of the neighbors and the greenbelt. This room gets plenty of sun as the sun is mostly on the back of the house.
Spare bathroom all in yellow. Nice size and plenty of room for what ever.
You are looking down the hallway from the laundry room to the master bedroom. The door on the right, first one is the spare room, one of the left is the bathroom, the second door on the right is Abby's room and all the way in the back is the master. The thermostat is also in the hallway on the right hand side.
Masterbed with ceiling fan and great view with extra large window in the back. The door that you see just to the right is the master bathroom.
Master bedroom from the back corner. Master bathroom is on the left and a large walkin closet is straight ahead and the door to go out is on the right. There is plenty of space in here, even for all our big bedroom set.
Master closet with a crawl space hole to under the house. Very large closet with its own heat duct it is so big.
Master bathroom with plenty of room.
View from the master bedroom with plenty of sunlight since the sun is mostly at the back of the house. It is a nice view into the greenbelt and down into the back yard. This is the extra large upgraded window and worth all the pennies.
Down the hallway taken from Abby's room going into the living room and the kitchen. You can see the spare bathroom on the left and the kitchen in the back.
Large living area with a gas fireplace with blower in the back and a celing fan. This is looking from the kitchen and shows how really big this room is. There is an extra large window in the back looking to the deck and off into the green belt. All the way on the right you can see Makayla's room. NOTE: Just to the left of the fireplace is now where the stair go to the downstair
Looking from the kitchen towards the deck entryway and the other side of the living room. You can see the island to the kitchen and how it overlooks the whole living area.
From the large window in the living room looking into the large open kitchen with builtin microwave and electric stove. On the left you can see the allway to the formal dining room. Here you can also see where the vaulted ceilings stop seperating the living room from the kitchen.
The formal dining room in the front of the house and great mountain view from this way also. Very large for the biggest of sets but also could be used as a formal living room as this is what the plans had it orginally as.
More formal dining room on the backside and you can see the kitchen and the living room on the far right hand side.
Abby's room with ceiling fan and a nice large closet. The window on this side looks out into the neighbors back yard and gets plenty of sun.
Good picture of the closet and the window on the left of Abby's room.
Looking out the door to the spare bathroom and the hallway.
Front of the house and the front porch looking into the front dining room and the walk area. You can look in and see all the way to the back of the house and the window in the living room.
Looking up the hill at the mountain side. Here you can see the access road and not the main road. This road services about 10 houses and there is another entry way at the top. This is in the morning time so the sun comes up at this spot and then circles around the back of the house to the other side in the summer time
Here we have a picture of the deck in the back, well balcony as there is no entry to the back yard from it.
Here is the back balcony with the entry way into the living room. This is an oversized window off the living room. The balcony is a 5 ft by 16 ft balcony with railing around the whole thing.
Here is a picture off the back of the house into the greenbelt. As you can see there is a lot of trees and it needs a lot of work to make this useable. They did not finish and clear the land when they finished the house they left that up to us.
$2,500 later and a lot of hard personal work cutting trees this is what it looks like, what a difference. I am totally happy with it and there is a lot of room. Now it is time to get some grass and start playing on it.
Notice also that the 6ft fence is going in in the back.
NOTE: Just to the left of the fireplace where the lamp and the rocking chair are is now where the stair go to the downstairs
This is how it sits with the Maytag washer and dryer. Here is this room you will also find the water control panel and access to the attic.
A shot looking up at the back deck and the master bedroom window and the hot tub. Notice that the back yard is pretty secluded from the house next to us.
Looking up to the gate going to the front yard and the stairs coming down.
This is looking out to the main road from the back of the deck. This is not a large area to look through so it keeps the back of the house pretty private.
Looking closer up the crushed stone as the grass never really did grow and now there is no mud. Excellent for storage of my boat.
This is under the back deck and it is all crushed stone so it is nice storage with out the mud. There is still plenty of room
The back yard looking down. It has good drainage and nice green grass. It gets lots of shade and lots of sun.
The back yard looking down from the back deck at some of the play stuff. We did have this area fenced in but it was very hard to mow around.
Looking up the side access street to the driveway and the post office boxes that we have. This road is travelled on by homeowners only so it keeps traffic down.
Looking from the main road in and how it breaks to the side access road. There are a couple breaks like this going up the whole access road.
Looking down at the house from the main street. More shots of the side access road and the hill in front.
Looking down at the house from the main street. More shots of the side access road and the hill in front.
I don't have any shots of this with and without furniture so here is a shot looking down the stairs that we made to the new rooms.
This is a shot of the closet behind the door and the edge of the bed. You can also see the stairs going up just outside the door on the right and the office straight out the door.
This is a queen size bed with the endstand. It is a 12x12 room and great for a spare room or as we have it now a playroom next to the office.
Plenty of room with a dresser and a large window looking down the valley and plenty of sunlight.
Looking into the office from the bed. Lots of room to do things here.
Office is 6x14 and great for getting away. We now have a sewing table in here also and are able to keep most of the stuff that will clutter your house out of plane sight.
