This is the last big project to be completed
You are looking at the ground as it was when we first moved in. It was never cared for, no water, no seed, it is just as it was since it was constructed. There was a pile of dirt in the back as it sloped towards the house. Lots of rocks and big weeds and a huge eye sore for the people next door.
This is looking straight back from the patio. The land was sloping down towards the house. Behind this fence is Graham road and a sidewalk that goes to the neighborhood park.
As it was when we moved in. A lot of weeds. It looked as if the owners had never really enjoyed this huge back yard and nice patio. The plans are to put a staircase going down from the deck on top and also to work an AC unit in the back of the house instead of on the side.
Here is a larger shot of the back yard where you can see the gentle slope going towards the house. Inspection said the slope would be an area of intrest and we should have someone look at it so water does not make its way to the house. The plans would be to level out the back yard a bit and take the extra dirt to not allow water to make its way.
This is a view from the back patio and the very bad grass. The plan is to SOD the entire back yard and put in a sprinkler system to keep this from happening and to allow some enjoyment out of one of the biggest back yards on the block.
A view towards the side of the house and the next door neighbors. This fence was put up by the neighbor and is very sturdy.
This is a view down the side of the house out to the street. Plan is to fence off this and put a gate accross the whole area. This will be nice area for RV or trailer parking.
Looking under the back deck. We are going to turn this into a rock area and have a staircase coming down from the top. This will also be the area for the central air that we plan to put in. Deck is made of Redwood..
This is under the deck and the window is to one of the bedrooms downstairs, which we use as an office. We plan to rock this area in. You can see a little down the side of the house as well. We do not plan to sprinkler this area as it will be fenced off and a shed installed.
