This is the house as it was listed on the MLS when we first bought it.  You can notice the rough back yard and the fact that there was no fence for the backyard.  I am not sure what kind of tree that is in the front but it is still there. 

 

There is a hose bib right under the stairs for access to the front yard. 

 

The sprinkler system is operational on the front yard and has 3 zones, one for the main part, one for the small left side and one for the flowers in the front.

Here is a dark view of the inside when we were first looking at the house.  This is the huge dining room area and a view looking out onto the back deck.

 

The floor is linolium and is tan in color.

This is a shot of the downstairs bathroom.  I would call this the guest bathroom.  There are two bedrooms downstairs and a huge family room that walks out to the back yard.

This is the gas fireplace that is controlled with a switch on the wall to the right.  If the pilot light is on, turning it on is just a flick away.  It also has an internal fan that once heated kicks some pretty good heat out and can heat the entire living room. 

 

On top is a TV area and think it will fit something that is 49" wide with the cable and outlet right behind so there is no wires going to the ground.

Here is a view of the kitchen and dining room area.  It is very wide open so you can be cooking dinner and watching the kids do homework and keeping up with the game on the TV that is where I am standing from

Recessed lighting for the kitchen and lots of storage space in the island.  Counter tops are granite and we will be going with all stainless steel appliances

Here is the food pantry to stock up on a bunch of dry goods.  There is plently of room in the island so there is more than enough space to store all that we want.

Just a picture of the old microwave and the stove that were there when we were moving in.  The plan is to purchase new stainless steel appliances that will match with the fridge that we want to get brand new from Lowes.

shot of the downstairs laundry room.  This is also the location of the furnace and hot water heater but there is lots of room for cloths baskets and lots of top room storage for cleaning supplies extra detergent.

Here is the front living room taken from the kitchen.  Lots of space and it is amazing what an expensive carpet cleaning will do for carpet. 

 

The window looks out to the street and since the house is up high you can see the tops of pretty much all houses.

A picture of the master bathroom before we moved in.  Plenty of space.. there is one sink but that leave plenty of counter space for all your things.

Here is the kitchen sink that I think is extra deep.  We have plans to change out the faucet to make it white.

this is the closet under the stairs.  We want to put some shelves in here to make to put a bunch of case lot food and stock up.  As you can see by my daughter it is pretty deep and high.

This is just a random shot of the smaller upstairs bedroom.  This is where we plan to put the baby as it is close to our room and right accross from the bathroom.

Here is a shot of the upstairs full bathroom.  This is the main room for the 2 bedrooms upstairs.  This is the third full bathroom in the house.
